Do you know a woman that has survived a relationship that almost took her life? We all know at least one and while some don’t make it, my guest this week has been through the fire. Mr. Wonderful slowly turned into Mr. Nightmare. He battered her with name-calling, nitpicking, angry rages and even threatening her at knife point. Kim McLemore not only shared her story but more importantly, she shared how she managed to remove her abuser from her home and have him convicted and sentenced to ten years in prison.
As you know, domestic violence is a cause near and dear to my heart. I will bring always showcase glowing examples of how to survive all year long, not just in October. Kim gave us a lot of great information in this interview about how to deal with a bad relationship. Don’t ever be embarrassed that you made a mistake. We all do! The most important thing is to survive, heal and move on….
