Here’s How To Use Rehab’s Genius Strategy To Build Your Success
Sometimes the partner or the coach you need is Jesus and you can reach him through prayer. He’ll provide the strategy for you to accomplish your divine mission. Think back over your life and remember a time when you did use strategy to accomplish a goal, get yourself out of a jam or make a huge purchase. Recall the feeling of accomplishment. There are more goals in front of you. There is a divine mission for your life. Get up, get out there and get it!
Dreams
Do you have dreams and goals? I mean big dreams! Many of us have the big picture dreams but not the small steps it takes to get from where we are, to where we’d like to be. We require a partner or a coach of some sort to help us strategize the path required to guarantee success. My path certainly hasn’t been straight and narrow. I’ve had 22 jobs in 12 different fields over a 30 year period and I’m not done changing fields yet. I love to learn new things and visit places I’ve never been. So far I’ve toured Greece, Italy, Mexico, Belize, the Caribbean Islands and 40 of the 50 US states including Hawaii.
Strategy
That feeling of watching a strategy succeed was probably the way Rehab felt when she saw the town of Jericho burning to the ground. Because she was significant in the strategy of the Israelites, she and her family were spared. Rehab knew when to ask and what to ask to protect herself and her family.
Bible
Get the scene – Moses has died. Joshua is the new leader. He must lead the Israelites in war against Jericho. Before approaching, he decides to send two spies into Jericho to scout out the land. The two spies came upon the house of Rehab. When the King threatens the lives of the two spies and demanded the two spies be handed over to him, Rehab hid them, then she gave them a route of escape. Just before they left, Rehab asked that they be kind to her and her family when they returned to take over the land of Jericho or as one of my pastor’s put it – “ok, I’ve done this for y’all now what are y’all going to do for me?”. When Joshua had led the Israelites in victory against Jericho, he saved Rehab and all her relatives from destruction! Whew!
Lesson
Don’t miss the lesson, you too must be strategic about your success. Strategic about obtaining your dreams. Wishing and waiting will not manifest that house you want or the business you’re hoping to build. Like Rehab, you must be strategic, in action and in partnership. Strategize your hopes and dreams into plans. Take those plans and get into action creating them. In the process of creating them, like Rehab God will send you partners for you to align with and launch into the next level of your life. Your success. Your destiny. It is possible and you can make it happen! Go!
