The Women of Faith LOVED Tour: Oh what a weekend!
I am still beaming with excitement and radiating with joy. See, this weekend I got to attend the Women of Faith LOVED Tour in Fairfax, VA. It surpassed every expectation I had. Though the conference has been on-going for 20 years, this year was my first time attending. It was action packed with great worship, exalted praise and wonderful words glorifying the name of the one true king, God. We laughed, we cried and we took one HUGE group selfie (there were about 5000 of us in attendance).
The testimonies were amazing. Watching and listening to the speakers personify their valleys and mountaintop experiences moved our souls and grew us in all aspects of living a faith filled life. My most impactful take-aways are:
1. Peace is found in our connectedness. We are all and must continue to be Connected. 2. Truth makes room for hope! 3. Everything beautiful starts at rock bottom. 4. All things work together for your good, generationally. 5. Even in the tough face of adversity, keep dancing, painting, singing, writing – going! 6. Nothing is impossible! 7. All I know is… I am not home yet, this is not where I belong.
The only con to this over the top experience is my first tour is actually their last. Yes, this is the last year of the Women of Faith Tour. So, check the tour schedule at www.womenoffaith.comand don’t miss this once in a lifetime masterpiece of sweet aroma to our Heavenly Father. It is sure to bless your Christian living and stretch your personal growth.
