Do you have someone you need to forgive? Have you forgiven yourself? Kyonna Brown shares a process for learning to forgive. She’s a forgiveness expert and she is on a mission to release warrior women so they can reveal their confidence by regaining authority over their lives. At 10 Kyonna was diagnosed with symptoms of depression, which led to obesity, drug abuse and four years in prison.

Today, she uses her pasts experience to inspire others and help them heal from the trauma that comes with living in the inner city. She’s an author of multiple books and owns her own pet grooming business and has nine employees. The devil is in the details but the proof is in Kyonna’s story of resilience.

Who are you finding it hard to forgive? Let me know in the comments below.
